Incorrect Refresh Rate?

Hello,

I just recently updated my computer to Vista Home Premium from XP Pro and I use my LCD TV for a second monitor..

RCA L40FHD41 - 40" LCD TV

Which has a max resolution and refresh rate of 1920x1080x60HZ, but for some reason now with Vista HP i can't get it into 1920x1080x60, the max i can get it to work is 1920x1080x30 (interlaced) for some reason my TV will say it's unsupported which i know for a FACT that it is.. if i could get some help on this that would be super awesome!

Oh! and Video card is a Asus GeForce 9800 GTX+ Dark Knight edition

Connection is DVI adapter to HDMI to TV

latest drivers (even tried older ones as well)
