Hi Thanks for replay, the computer is 1 year. When turn on display the the letter "e" in a black bakground, with the options of boot menu with f10 and f2 bios settings, but that options not response. Somebody tells me that you press a sequence buttons to reboot cause the machine does not included disks for recovery system or repair/fix manual.Thanks again for help, Luis Alberto. ps pardo my english

your enligsh is better then alot of people on here. the problem could be that the bios could crash or needs motherboard repair. how long is the warrenty on the comkputer for. if its still underwarenty i would take it back to where i bought it from and ask if they can fix the issue. or could be a lose video card or hardware.

The machine turn on. Display Verifying pool data....
boot from cd, so the cd is not included.

Im from Puerto Rico and i buy the computer in Costco in Florida. Have to check the papers to kwow the warranty status. But thank you very much for your help.
