Is this good RAM with i5-2500k/P8P67?

I am looking for RAM to go with an Asus P8P67 Pro/Intel i5-2500K system. I'm looking at the 2x2GB G.Skill 1600MHz RAM 1.5v running with 9-9-9-24. I'm kind of lost when it comes to timings, I've always assumed that better mhz meant better speed. Any help would be nice.

Is 1600MHz not sufficient for overclocking? I plan on running the CPU at 4.6GHz

Ok, thanks for the advice! It looks like I will get this since the Ripjaw X series is optimized for P67/Sandy Bridge. (unless it's just a marketing gimmick...)
