So I just built my new PC. Its my second build so I thought I wasnt completely clueless, guess not haha

The DRAM-LED on the motherboard is flashing red when I start it up, all the fans turn on and everything seems to be getting power but theres no display on the monitor. Checked all connections, everything seems to be in fine and I dont think I missed anything..The 24 pin and 8 pin ATX power are connected fine.

Specs: i5 2500k

Mobo:Asus P8P67-Pro

Video Card:Radeon 6950

Ram: 2x 4gb ddr-3 ram

PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU- 650W

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB

EDIT: I held the MEMOK! button and now the LED is a solid red instead of flashing

EDIT 2: Found these posts ..http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18228203 http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?p=18215885
Seems like a few others are having the same problem with the P8P67-pro?

Probably not the issues (but try anyway as I find they're fussy);

- Make sure your Spinpoint F3 HDD is plugged into a Sata 3gb/s plug (ie the bottom four) on your motherboard, not a Sata 6gb/s.

- Keep in mind the motherboard won't boot if you don't have a fan connected to the 4 pin CPU header above the CPU (i.e not the 3 pin next to it). This was a problem for me at first since I run all my fans through a fan controller.

Hope one of these is your issue!

Also, once you can post my build has also had the following problems for you to be aware of;

- My RAM won't run @ 1600mhz on that motherboard (hopefully just till new BIOS rev) even though it's rated at that (1600 8-8-8-24 Ripjaws) so I've got them running at 1333 CL 7-7-7-21.

- Also I've found that HWinfo32 (temp monitoring program) if set to autoboot with windows stalls my p8p67pro @ post for about 5mins from a restart.
