Installing corsair pins on motherboard help please

the corsair pump is a 3 pin but im not sure where to connect it to mobo.

the pwr fan is a 3 pin

the cha fan 1 is a 4 pin

which am i suppose to connect it in? also i am buy cooler master megaflow 200mm fan it has a 3pin connector but all the cha_fan slots are 4 pins

so basically same problem as the pump, am i able to plug it in the cha_fan1 and ignore the pin tthats is standing out?

you could do that orrrr orr orr you could get a 3pin to 4pin molex so the pump is always running at max + the cable wont be running across the mobo

also how do i know if fan setings is in full throttle? i got in bios and if i select ignore for cha_fan1 does that mean its full throttleling?
