Icon missing windows xp system and maintenance

I want to creat a system repair disk but cannot find instructions for xp

If you are using Classic view you won't see the System and Maintenance icon.
Click on Start
Click on Settings (if you don't see Settings but see Control Panel then skip this step)
Click on Control Panel
Click on Backup and Restore
In the left pane click on Create a system repair disc
