North bridge overheat mosfet problem

8i845 motherboard no display problem
motherboard north bridge over heat
cpu fan in working condition and
i am replace processor, ram, smps
but problem not solve
i think motherboard mosfet whose give supply for north bridge
not working properly
so pls saggest proper solution

Sats, welcome to the Forum!

The north bridge usually has a static heatsink. Looks like you have a bad motherboard. Replace motherboard.
