Upgrade on a Budget

I bought an AMD Phenom II X3 720 BE on ebay for $102.99 so the system upgrade will be based on that

i currently have $155 to spend on a motherboard and ram for this processor

i would like the motherboard to have integrated graphics for now until i upgrade

what would you reccomend?

Keep in mind, some of the other guys may have a little better knowledge on chipsets than myself. But for the money, I like this.

Keep in mind to check with the manufacturer for memory compatibility. But I've got a Gigabyte board myself, and it's been very very solid.

A lot of guys love newegg on here, they do have good pricing, but not my first choice to buy from anymore due to policies about bad part returns, like if you get bad memory or something of that nature, you could get charged a restocking fee. Not fair to the customer in my opinion.
