What PSU to choose help!

Hello,

I am about to build my first computer and am having a little trouble determining what PSU to use
I am making a budget system and so far this is what i have

CPU/Motherboard:

Case/OS:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.437504.11-208-027

drive:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106334

GPU:

RAM:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231316

HDD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181&cm_re=samsung_500gb-_-22-152-181-_-Product

For the power supply i would like to have:
1) blue light coming out of the PSU to match the case :) (If possible this would great)
2) around 500W+
3) not too expensive

Thanks!

  1. A Corsair 550VX (41 amp 12 volt rail)

will power any CPU with practically any single GPU video card.

Check the prices on a Corsair 650TX (52 amp 12 volt rail)

Sometimes prices is very similar to the 550.

    For a tighter budget:
    Antec 500 watt BASIQ

  2. Literally get a 120mm LED fan, open PSU and replace. Voila!
  3. After the warranty expires. :)
  4. anything with about 500w+ with about 40+A across the 12v rail and and a decent brand

once you meet this look for a healthy blue glow
  5. I hear that a good quality PSU, such as mine (Corsair 550) can run systems which require like 750 watts
