what would be a good video card for the Asus 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0 Motherboard

Many good cards, it is though dependent on what CPU you are running and the size of the power supply.

If your cpu is single core go for 9800GT or HD5670. If dual core HD5750, HD4850 or GTS250.
If you upgrade (or plan to) your cpu to a core2duo since possible http://www.asrock.com/mb/cpu.asp?Model=4CoreDual-SATA2%... you could look at HD5770

guess i was close.just ordered a PNY Verto GeForce 9600GT 512MB DDR3 PCI and i went ahead and ordered a Western Digital 320GB 7200RPM 16MB SATA/3.I realy hope it all works together.

That is not a bad card it performs close to the first two I mentioned. It should all go together fine.
