NO input signal

Hi,
I am using an HP slikmline S3644 computer. I have switched it on, but get the NO INPUT SIGNAL error on the screen which then goes to sleep. Any idea as to what has gone wrong?

Oh, that simply means that there is no signal coming from either the graphic card or motherboard. Make sure that the cable is plugged in properly.

Is the system booting?

If yes, graphics card, cable, or monitor.
