Help Needed - Budget Gaming Pc

Hey, Need help and advice on selecting parts for a budget gaming pc, hoping to get high setting graphics on it for under £500 and looking to buy it as soon as possible. The hardware i have found are as follows: AMD PHENOM II 1055T SKT AM3 2800MHZ 9MB 125W £160 Graphics card Asus EAH5750/2DIS/1GD5 - Graphics adapter - Radeon HD 5750 - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 1 GB GDDR5 - Digital Visual Interface (DVI), HDMI, DisplayPort ( HDCP ) £105 Ram KINGSTON KVR 1600Mz DDR3 NonECC DIMM K2 KHX1600C9D3K2/4G £82 KVR 1600Mz DDR3 NonECC DIMM K2 KHX1600C9D3K2{47}4G Motherboard Asrock M3A770DE AM3, DDR3, PCI-E, 5.1Snd, LAN, ATX £55 I also have a case, disk drive, hard drive, an OS and a 1080p 28" monitor. however i have no idea about PSU and is there anything else i would need or you could reccomend?   1. No time to give a decent answer as I am about to go, but if you want gaming on high settings you need to find more in your budget, you need at least a 5770 even that I only recommend on a tight budget otherwise it is the 5850 if more money available, but the 5750 is not good enough

    Don't get the X6 it is not required for gaming, the Phenom II X4 955 is much better suited and you will have more money to spend on graphics cards which is what you need to cash out on.

    You need to get a good branded PSU such as Antec, Corsair and Seasonic. I'd say around 600W...
  3. Ow 1080p gaming on a fixed budget i would try my utmost to hit at least a HD 5830..or better Yep i would go as far as say the AthlonII X3 would suffice for a gaming rig especially one on a budget ^^
