I recently bought a Lenovo z570 it has a 500 gb hdd spinning at 7200 rpm.
It boots anywhere between 46-76 sec and it opens most programs in about 5-10 sec, but as with everything I want more speed

I wa wondering, whats a good ssd and how would I transfer all of my files and settings?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S. I have 6 gbs of ram and an i5-2450m processor (I don't know if that matters)
