The pc will not initialize the screen

Hello,Last night I changed the power pack on my Hp compaq and since then the computer will not initialize the screen every thing else appears to work but this any answers please

Are you using on-board graphics or a discrete graphics card?

Are you certain you got every cable plugged in and fastened securely, including the 4 or 8-pin CPU power cable?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling your RAM?

Have you disconnected everything, then tried booting with only the CPU, 1 stick of RAM, and the video card installed?

reseat everything

also make sure you connected the 4 pin aux power connector usually up top left of the mobo/cpu etc
