Will ATI Radeon HD 5770 be good in this pc?

buying new pc with the following specs:

Mainboard = Intel G43 Express 1333 MHz
Processor = Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 / 2.66 GHz
Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Edition
RAM = 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM
Power = 300 Watt Power supply
Graphics Controller = ATI Radeon HD 4350 512 MB

planning to use this pc with 40" 1080p hdtv

i would like to know if switching the graphic card listed above with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 is a good idea.
please give me some thoughts and/or advice.

5770 is an excellent GPU considering best value performance a/c to its price. Your whole system is awesome, MashAllah. But you will experience problems if you keep you current PSU, as it is 300W only. Brother where do you live? If in US, then there are several cheap budget PSUs on newegg.com. I will recommend you this budget PSU with crossfire support http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341016

Ya that would be another good choice, but it can't fulfill your 1080p needs. Minimum of 4870/5770 is required for 1080p
