880GM-UD2H Motherboard

Hi,
Ok so I decided to do my first ever full build - Scarey!
I am using the above Motherboard and the AMD Thlon II x4 Processor.
Before I fit everything to it I put it in my Antec 300 case and connected my PCU, but there is now power light showing, and no fans start spinning or no beeps when I try to turn the machine on.
Any Ideas? Sorry to be so vague
