Sandybridge 2500K with SLI motherboard please

Hi guys, I got 2500K but I haven't decided which motherboard to get.

I haven't decided what GPU to get either but my choices are
6850 CF
6870 CF
560
560 SLI
or future CF/SLI
I use 1920x1080 resolution.
I will OC 2500K from 3.3Ghz into around 4.0Ghz. Maybe upto 4.3 but not higher than that.
I saw some of SLI/CF motherboards that their gaps are so narrow. I want to get the motherboard that has 2 of the PCI-x16 slots far from each other so they don't block the airblows from each other.

Which one would you recommend?

and plus, which power supply would you recommend?

  2. I would go with the ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Professional, which is the best priced x16,x16 board.
