CPU Wattage Issue

Hello, I have a Acer M1201 Desktop computer. I have been upgrading this computer for the past few years to make it a gaming machine.
The last piece to the build is a faster processor. I currently have a 2.1GHZ Triple core processor that is bottlenecking my GTX260 to the extreme.
I recently bought an 3.0GHZ Quad core CPU off Tiger Direct,... and maybe came across a problem. I made sure that i bought a AM2+ CPU for my mobo, The only problem is, I didn't think about my motherboards CPU Wattage support. The CPU I bought which is coming TODAY! Needs 125w to power it. I just want to make sure my mobo has 125w and i won't melt the damn thing trying this CPU. And if it is 95w, could I do like a BIOS update to get support for 125w?.

Maybe my board has 125watts on the CPU socket, and I could be worrying for nothing.
It is coming TODAY so please reply fast!

Bios R03-B0

Thanks .
