Raid 0 wore out after a year?

Hmmm, Have you tried to un-raid and re-raid them? after you disk clean?
I would also test each one of them separately to make sure none of them are failing out right

No, this is just the drives having more data on them and the system having different background work. Display the smart data to see that you do not have error issues. The access time cluster (yellow dots) in the second screen shot looks better than the one above.
