Hello,
How do you open the case? I have depressed the buttons on the top and bottom, but nothing happens.

lay it on its side, then press the buttons, then lift upwards toward the ceiling. with a bit of wiggling it should ddo it.

Its sort of a clamshell style, it splits down the middle of the top and bottom and separates outward, the side panel doesnt come off like a normal case.
