I see so many graphics cards that are rated for DirectX 11, but mention nothing about OpenGL? If a card can display DirectX 11, can I assume that the card can also display OpenGL 3? Thanks.

All ATI cards starting with the 2400 Pro have had support for Open GL 3, the new 5xxx series supports open GL4. OpenGL support doesnt sell nearly as many GPUs as DirectX support does so it isnt advertised nearly as much but i bet you would have a hard time finding a GPU that didnt support OpenGL 3 these days
