Okay, I'm having this HX620W until recently it started to act strangely after I undervolt and overclock my i7 920 to 3.0GHz with 1.05v.
When I turn my pc on, it will on for a second and goes off, after 3 seconds it comes back to life again, but I don't have any stability issues when using it for HD movies, gaming and encoding.
Just that I find it strange for it to act like it's going to die.

Anyway, I'm looking at the new PSU by Corsair, the AX750W and I'm gonna put the HX620W into my second PC, specs:
AMD Phenom II 945 (Undervolt to 0.75v idle 1.12v 100% load)
Asus M4A785-M EVO
2x1GB DDR3-1333
500GB HDD
I need this pc to be power efficient cause it run 24/7, and I recently found my electric bill going up maybe due to the crappy PSU in it, I know the HX620W is overkill for it, but will it be better if I purchase a lower power like 350~400W but not 80 plus certified or should I just smack the HX620W in my 2nd pc.

Thanks in advance

Before putting the 620 in your second pc, you have to first establish with absolute certainty that it is running fine. Redial all of the settings to stock & see if there are no issues now.
The 620 is very efficient (maybe not the most, but very good nevertheless). Assuming it is running fine, you should put that in your second PC, so that it could handle any future upgrades.
