Hello,
My computer keeps tripping a circuit and shutting down...well, the thing still has lights on, and I have to unplug it to reset the breaker. I dont know what is causing it exactly.

I have a HP M7360N and just put a MSI ati 4870. This card requires 2 6pin connectors and a min 500w psu. I have a Bluestar 650w

The psu has one 6 pin connector, and I used a dual 4 to 6 pin adaptor for the other connection the ATI needed.

The pc trips when I play games that are graphic demanding, so under a load it fails. Is it the mobo, the psu, or bad karma?

I just wanna play some games.....sigh....

I found that Bluestar 650W PSU on sale for $19.
What I can't find is any review that says it can output an honest 650W. I'm thinking that the 650W is a bit of a stretch and it's also probably a MAX (peak) output and not Continuous output which is how good PSUs are rated.

I think you'd be safe with a high quality 450W PSU.
