Help GeForce 8600+ and ATI Radion HD 3xxx BSOD :(

Okay I will try to make this as complete as possible as I have been reading a lot. Hardware list is below.

I am trying to dual display, I have onboard hdmi video for my tv, and a geforce 8600 gt card for my monitor.

When I boot with one or the other graphics cards, it all goes fine. As soon as I try and boot running both the onboard chip and pcie card I get a bsod on windows boot. It happens too quick to see what is going on and I cant find the dump or an error in the event viewer.

I should mention this only happens with XP x64. It all works fine in Windows 7 Ultimate. (But I really love XP x64 and dont wanna switch to win7 unless I have to)

Like I said, I cant find the log files, system log dont say anything about display, just DCOM and this setup works in Windows 7 Ultimate, so its gotta be a configuration problem. Please help...
