I have a Corsair F120 120gb ssd disk and a Crucial C300 64gb ssd disk.

I currently have C300 as OS disk and F120 as gaming disk but 120gb is too little for my games, I'm considering using a 2TB 5400rpm Samsung 204UI as gaming disk, would having 20-64gb of either SSD to cache the 204UI a good idea?

If I can get close to SSD load times for games on the 2TB disk it would be awesome :)

Oh, obviously this is on a Z68 motherboard.

I think it would work fine for the second load of the data, so long as you do not do too much in between.
The only benefit of cache comes from reading data that has already been loaded into the cache.
You would want to reserve the maximum 64gb for the purpose.

I would not use a 5400rpm drive for that purpose. They underperform to conserve energy.
Much better would be a 7200 rpm drive with a fast maximum sustained data transfer rate.
That number is surprisingly hard to find. It will be contained on the drive specification sheet.

You might just want to buy another SSD for the purpose.
