The Alerter Service does not appear in the Services (Local) list, so I tried
to register it using:- Run | Regsvr32.exe AlrSvc.dll, but I get the error
message:-

"AlrSvc.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
This file can not be registered."

The version of C:\WINDOWS\system32\AlrSvc.dll is:-
5.1.2600.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)

Any help would be appreciated.
