Integrated TV-Out?

Does anyone know a relatively good board that can be used as an HTPC board with an integrated TV-Out? I'm building a board for my parents and they're still using an old 2000's era TV where the only input is 1 set of Composite plugs (Composite being the red-white-yellow).

It's probably only going to be a Windows Media Center machine anyways so it needs to have a PCIe slot for a TV Tuner and that's it.

EDIT: This is probably the only board with a Composite/S-Video out that I found and it doesn't seem that powerful.

I'm not aware of any MOBO with an integrated TV out. There are many options for TV including Hauppauge PCIe, and Ceton for CableCARD. There are plenty of HDMI MOBOs including the new H67 + SB CPU. I'm gonna go with a Hauppage TV Tuner cause I know them so well and the best board I could find with TV-Out was that small Jetway, which doesn't even appear powerful enough to do live TV.

You're also missing the point. They don't have an HDMI port on their TV, which is why I'm looking into Composite or S-Video out.
