Bios date and time wrong

Hello,
when i start my computer it boots normally but it shows that my bios date and time setting is wrong and asked me to press f2 for the change and f1 for start. but although i havechanged my setting many times. it never change it remains same when start again. i think there is some problem in bios setting. plz help to solve this problem.

it sounds like you CMOS battery needs to be replaced

It should be a CR2032 battery.

Some laptops use other batteries, lookup bios battery for your model.
