That PSU should handle those cards. Can't comment on its quality though...

5750 is faster than HD4770.

What resolution do you game at?

I only have a 17 inch so only at 1280x720......If you look in to reviews the 5750 is only a little better than the 4850 and the 4770......Is direct x 11 a good excuse to go for this instead of a 4850 or 4770?

For your resolution all the cards you mentioned will do great.

I don't think you will notice much improvement (DX10 vs DX11) on a 17inch screen.
So just ignore DX11 and now decide which card you should get and how much money you wanna spend .

I really don't think a 17" screen will prevent someone from seeing the benefit of DX11 features... It's not like it's an ipod screen or something.

Well, i was just thinking he can get some RAM for a more balanced rig. For that he can get away with a 4770/4850(Bit cheaper).

DX11 will look good but does that matters of you're gaming at 1280x720?
