Need help with timings and 3 models

Hello,I'm looking for rams to use with i5 2500K - P8P67 Pro

I have the following in mind:
Gskill Ripjaws 4 GB 1600 Mhz Cl9
Gskill Ripjaws 4 GB 1333 Mhz Cl7
Corsair XMS3 6 GB 1600 Mhz Cl9

I have heard that lower Cl and voltages are better.Both the Gskills are 1.5 V rams,Corsair stated nothing.

Now,the thing is,I'm not familiar with overclocking and intend to use the products at stock settings.And as far as I know,1600 or higher Mhz rams need to be adjusted to work at those speeds.

So,which one would you recommend me? Note that those are the ones I picked but I'm open to other alternatives as well.I'd like 6Gb better but I heard that 4gb is pretty much enough for everything and I don't really want to go over 100$ that much.
