Hi all, im torn between getting the E5400 and E7500 cpu's for my wife and kids to use. The main thing that they be using it for is surfing and watching movies and playing internet games. Please advice as the price difference is about $80 (Singapore Dollars)

Yeah, 5400 will be fine. If the difference wasn't so large I'd get the 7500, but its really not worth the $$$.

definitely 5400, i have a 5200 and that plays 1080p videos with room to spare

What about the E6700? Not much more money, they're what $99 at the moment? Compared to the $75 of the E5400.

K guys think ive finally decided to get the e5400! This is the package they offered me.

Maybe you bros can advice if i need something more? Or maybe I can change some of the above to a lower price but smiliar item?

that looks gr8 xcept that the board is ddr2, and ddr3 ram is listed

the board looks good on the manufacturers site, cant find any user reviews on it, its not listed on newegg, i have one of its younger siblings as u can see in my sig, love msi products, i say go for it
