Fic an11

Hello,
i have a an11 motherborad, my onboard usb ports does not work at all, they are recognized in device managment , but not work at all, i'v reinstalled OS (win xp) but no result, any one can help?

Could be a bad port. You may need a separate usb card that fits in the pci slots, or a new motherboard. Boards don't last forever. Be sure windows service pack 3 is installed.
