Motherboard Capacitor Question

I have a question about a motherboard capacitor. I was installing a Video card onto my MoBo and found that a fallen capacitor was blocking it, any idea if this will effect the motherboard when I try to apply power? Any input would be greatly appreciated, I have also included a picture of the capacitor...

It will probably cause some instability. If still under the warranty, RMA it. Ask manufacturer's customer service.
