03.04 driver problem

Hello, I am using ASUS Nvidia GTS250 512mb running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, i update my graphics driver to 197.13 WHQL from nvidia site, but everytime i reboot it says current installed drivers 03.04, tryed reinstalling them but no luck, anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this?

Save the Driver to your desktop first and install from there. Sometimes they don't work right from the Temporary Files folder. I've noticed that on Windows 7. I build a lot of systems so I run into it from time to time.

Ok ive tryed that, and still no luck, any other ideas?
