Those look ... the same!
Did you copy your movie files to the movie folder on the harddrive?
Try this:
cd_path K:\
install_path C:\Progra~1\Thief2
language english
resname_base C:\Progra~1\Thief2\res+K:\Thief2
load_path C:\Progra~1\Thief2+K:\Thief2
script_module_path C:\Progra~1\Thief2+K:\Thief2
