Hello,
I have been having a terrible time with my computer freezing. I think it started after a bios update back in October, but I don't know which one to roll it back to. I also think it could be something with the MB or RAM (ASUS pn5-d and ocz2n8008r4gk).

Start by running Memtest to see if the memory has any issues.

Also check the QVL and see if that mem is officially supported. Have you tried Asus' support forums for that model?

I have run memtest to no avail. I have also spoken with ocz and changed the memory settings and also run with one stick each with the computer still freezing. ocz seems to think that it is the memory and I believe are replacing them (waiting on the RMA)

the mem isn't officially supported, but I bought this as a kit from tiger so I would expect it to work (probably a bad presumption)
