Replacement for 6600 GT for under $50

I have an E-VGA Geforce 6600 GT AGP 128MB 8x in my computer. The fan quit working, so it overheats whenever I run a 3d game for more than a few minutes. My system is quite old, so I don't want to spend a lot of money replacing it. Is there a modern AGP card that has similar performance for under $50? I know this would be easier with PCI express, but I don't want to replace my motherboard.

The 7300 GT is about equivalent to the 4350 according to the Tom's hierarchy, and (though open box) is only $37, with no MIR's to deal with.
