SSD compatibility with my motherboard.

Hey guys i am unsure as to which SSD i should upgrade to.

The motherboard i am using is the x58-usb3 from gigabyte. I think it only has Sata II.

And i have decided to only buy from Intel as they seem to have the most reliable drives. So the real question comes in when choosing between the 320 or 330 series.

I am confused as to if my motherboards sata II will work on the sata III 330 series drive.

Go with the Intel 330, it has better performance.

SATA III drives are backwards compatible so it will work with your motherboard.
