What Motherboard to buy for my next computer?

Hi all,
For my next computer i decided that I buy the following:

Proc:AMD Phenom II X4 965
Mem:Kingston DDR3 2GBx2 1600MHz HyperX
HDD:HDD SATA3 7200 1TB WD Caviar Black WD1002FAEX, 64MB
Case:NZXT Lexa S window/all black, 12cm fan
Power:LC Power Silent Giant LC6650GP3
Graphic card:(Already have one,.I will buy new one next month)

+ motherboard for which i haven't decided yet

My dealer offered me this:
Asus M4A87TD/USB3= 87.00e

Asus M4A88T-V EVO = 85.00e

Asus M4A88T-M/USB3 = 85.00 e

Which one to choose?Prices are almost the same.Should I wait for my dealer to get better motherboards or will one of these be enough?
He will get the next shipment of motherboard by the end of the week.
Should I ask for a specific model?I already asked him if he's going to get Asus M4A89GTD Pro/USB3 ,but he doesn't know yet
