Good graphics card to decode 1080p h264

Ok, I have a e6850 OC to 3.6ghz, plus a x1950 pro. When I play 1080p the cpu loads shoots up to 50%. I need a graphics card to decode 1080p and release the stress from the cpu. what can you recommend? I do no play games at all.
