Will these Components be good for a Build?

I plan on unlocking the two other cores on the processor. I have a 700w OCZ powersupply, and will be using a 7200rpm HD, as well as an LG Bluray player and will be adding in another DVR burner as well as another HD in the future. If you have any suggestions, PLEASE don't hesitate to make suggestions. Thank you for your time!

Don't bet the farm on a X2 555.

Rana 3.0 X3 or 955 x4 is a better choice.
I believe rana 3.0 is actually cheaper then your choice.

Good motherboard since it has usb3.0... well you also have the option of a x3 or x4 955 and ocing it.... what gpu are you thinking of? I would suggest getting the 5850 since it is the best gpu bang for the bubk, price/preformance for now and eventually crossfiring them! Overall decent build but you dont want an X58 and intel chip?

I'm not thinking about purchasing a seperate GPU at this time because of the integrated gpu on the board. I know it's not the best, but I want something to get me by for now until I can get a decent one. I eventually want to have a decent multimedia PC that will last a few years without breaking the bank.

One other question: I will be installing Windows 7, and, to save money, would the 64-Bit for System Builders work? I know my way around Windows and don't think I'll need and support from Microsoft's end.

Yes, the system builders version will work great. I've used it on multiple builds.
