Game exits fullscreen on Dual monitor

I've been playing several FPS games lately and the mouse becomes visible on my 2nd monitor during gameplay.
If I click to fire during this time, it reveals the desktop and interferes with game play.

This is a new issue and I'm wondering what could be the cause.

If the games have windowed mode on (even though the game may look fullscreen), make sure that setting is off. If that option is turned off, I would go into CCC and make a profile with one of the monitors disabled and then when you are done with your game revert back to two monitors.

What is your graphics card?
