That's diffently not enough. Need actual motherboard make/model.

The general info is to remove the battery for a bit, and then replace. Also theres a way to short them but I not sure as I never had to.

Not sure what you mean by crashed bios but you can removed the cmos battery for 5 minutes and that should restore the factory defaults.
