Possible "good" idea for a purchase?

So I'm trying to build a low end gaming pc that can run WoW and some FPS games with pretty decent clarity. My budget is around 500 so I was wondering what some people thought about buying this

It looks like a bargain but $100 isn't much for a PSU + GPU but should get a 4670 and a budget power supply
