Case/Motherboard Speaker Question

I just bought a motherboard speaker and I cant hear it post.

There might be one or two from a myriad range of problems causing this issue. Please give us your system details. Also does the machine boot properly.

check that the pins are connected properly to the motherboard also

There is a plus and a minus so make sure you've got the polarity correct.

Yes it it boots properly and here are the following details

Im about to have a AMD Sempron LE-1250 OEM CPU .

Also the computer is working fine but the display isnt working. Nothing isnt displaying on the monitor I think it might be the processor. I did the test to where you remove the memory but no beeping.
