Which mobo do you recommend?

Hey guys recently I had the unfortunate experience of frying a motherboard. My EVGA X58 FTW3...
I was really sad and and really mad at myself too...and now need a new lga1366 board...
I will be sticking my xeon l5640 ES in there and I know that not all boards support one...
I know a couple of boards that do and The one I'm rally set on buying right now is the GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R
My budget price range is anywhere from $0 - $240 lol... Do any of you have any better suggestions for the price?
and the boards need to be tested with the l5640...lol...hope I'm not asking too much just seeing if anyone has any better ideas...

Can't find specific xeon specs. with it, but the Asus Sabertooth X58 might do you well.

looking for open box deals as I don't have too much money right now but need a nice board...I think the asus is a safer bet rma-wise as all you need is the serial number to rma it...

The Rampage has some better features, didn't see anything about warranty terms with it. But, price-wise, that S-tooth is $35 less to the door and 5yr. warranty.

lol... and I want a really nice mobo in the price range of 260- 300 for the price of 200- 230 lol...so that's why I wanted to get the rampage...and I got the rma info on the asus site...
