Running on WD 1TB SATA II 3.0 single drive. SATA/Native IDE), port 6/7 (3.0GBps) the PC boots normally. Installed new OS to new Seagate 1TB SATA III 6.0 single drive (SATA/Native IDE), port 2/3 (6.0GBps) - The drive is detected, the OS installs fine, but then when PC reboots it comes up to Black splash screen show only "Microsoft Corporation..." (loading screen) and remains there for at least 30 minutes before moving on to the login window. The drive seems to detect, format, partition, and perform nomally when used as a secondary drive, but OS loading issues when used as a primary or solo drive. Can you please assist me with this issue?

Same if an is image from working OS on SATA II-3.0 drive is put on the SATA III-6.0 drive.
Or New install OS
