Would a Radeon HD 4670 1GB AGP 4X/8X work on my dimension 4550?

Hey its me again. so i considered spending a few extra $$$$$ on a card. I've looked at this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161284 and i wanna know if it'll work with my 400w psu. Newegg says its 4x/8x but tigerdirect says its only 8x. Can someone who owns the card tell me what agp interface this is and tell me if i need to upgrade psu's again? Once again thanks, and im sorry if im asking too many questions. I want to get this card situation done, and i want it done right.

HIS says it is 8x/4x http://www.hisdigital.com/us/product2-448.shtml and it should work fine on your PSU.

Yeah, it should work just fine. That's a good pick for AGP. I love the 4670 chipset!
