Help tr AOD 4 PS2

My TR AOD for PS2 does not work when I put it into PS2. It says "fatal
error". Help please?

if it said fatal error, go take it back and get a brand new copy, and when
you taqke it back say "this copy stopped running in my ps2 and i would like
a new copy please." there you go!
