Disk boot failure insert system disk

Hello,
I got a problem with the system when i try to log in, popup show "insuficient system resource", so i pug my ide cd-rom. then it comes to new error said "disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter, plz help me

You need to provide more information regarding you system. When did this problem start occurring, and do you remember trying to do something that may have caused it?

Did you set the CD-ROM as first boot in BIOS?
